#5 Travis Kelce – Kansas City
The #1 Tight End in the NFL had a top 5 performance to start of the season for the Kansas City Chiefs against the Houston Texans on Thursday. Kelce had 6 receptions for 50 yards and a touchdown. The Chiefs defeated the Texans 34-20.

# 4 T.J. Hockenson – Detroit
The second year tight end delivered again in the season opener for the Lions. It wasn’t quite the same performance he had in the home opener for the Lions last season, but he still delivered on Sunday against the Bears. Hockenson had 5 catches for 56 yards and a touchdown. The Lions lost a tough one to the Bears 27-23.

# 3 Noah Fant – Denver
Noah Fant was the leading receiver for the Broncos on Monday catching 5 passes for 81 yards and a touchdown. The second year tight end had a great game and is looking to be a big part of the Broncos offense. The Broncos lost 16-14 to the Titans. Gostkowski kicked the game winning field goal for the Titans after missing 3 field goals and an extra point earlier in the game.

#2 Mark Andrews – Baltimore
The Ravens looked impressive on Sunday, and Andrews was a huge part of the offense. Andrews had five catches for 58 yards and two touchdowns on Sunday. Andrews had a beautiful one handed catch for one of his touchdowns. The Ravens defeated the Browns 38-6. The Ravens picked up right where they left off last season as one of the top teams in the NFL.

#1 Dallas Goedert – Philadelphia
The third year tight end from South Dakota State had an impressive day on Sunday. Goedert is making a name for himself in Philadelphia and finished as a top 10 Tight End last season even with Ertz on the roster. Goedert had 8 catches for 101 yards and a touchdown vs. the Washington Football Team. The Eagles blew a 17-0 lead, and were upset by the Washington Football Team 27-17. Goedert has a bright future in the NFL, and will be a fun player to watch for years to come.
