Philip Rivers – Colts at Texans 1:00 P.M. EST Sunday
Available in 63% of Yahoo Leagues and 85% of ESPN Leagues
Rivers has had 3 solid performances in his past 3 games, and the Colts are hanging on to the final playoff spot heading into Week 13. Over the past three weeks, Rivers has thrown for 891 yards with 6 touchdowns and two interceptions. After a relatively slow start to the season, Rivers is finally starting to kick into gear. Through the first five games of the season, Rivers had four touchdown passes. He has 12 touchdowns over his past five. He gets a great matchup with the Texans, and with Watson at QB, the Texans have a chance to keep it interesting.
Derek Carr – Raiders at Jets 1:00 P.M. Sunday

After another impressive performance against the Chiefs in Week 11, Carr crapped the bed in Week 12. With a matchup against the very generous Falcons defense, Carr and the Raiders were blown out 43-6. Carr has another great matchup vs. the Jets in Week 13, and Carr should make up for his terrible Week 12 performance. Carr had four turnovers in Week 12, and could never hit his stride. Expect him to bounce back this week against the Jets as the Raiders try to put themselves in position to snag one of the last playoff spots. Also, its the Jets. The Jets are really good at making everyone look good.
Mitchell Trubisky – Bears vs. Lions 1:00 P.M. Sunday

Trubisky is back at starting QB for the Bears. For Now. Trubisky started off as the starting QB for the Bears in the beginning of the season, and was quickly replaced by Nick Foles. With Foles injured, Trubisky had his opportunity to make his starting case again in Week 12. His performance wasn’t spectacular. 26 of 46 for 242 yards, 3 touchdowns and two interceptions. Will Trubisky be able to win his starting job back from Foles for the rest of the season? No. But, he does get the Lions in Week 13. The Lions have been lit up by Quarterbacks this season. So for at least one week, Trubisky might look decent.

Taysom Hill – Saints vs. Falcons 1:00 P.M. Sunday

Hill has yet to throw a touchdown pass in his career. No touchdown passes after all of those games as a gadget player, and two starts this season. And yet, he is 2-0 as a starter. Hill has had four rushing touchdowns through his first two starts which Kamara managers are not happy about. Hill gets the Falcons again for the second time in three weeks. The Falcons have allowed the most rushing touchdowns to quarterbacks to this season. So Hill is a great option in Week 13. He may even throw his first touchdown pass!
